I have learned a lot of things from the Great Shape Program. One of the things that just keeps coming up in my mind is that I do not have to be so hard on myself all of the time. I have learned to take one day at a time, not to expect results right away, to take my time to make good healthy choices when I plan meals or got out to eat, and that physical activity is very important. I now know that I've got to keep moving each and every day. I also have learned to change the way I think about myself and to have positive thoughts like, "You can do this, you are worth it, keep it up!"
